Capmul MCM EP-C8

Capmul[R] MCM EP-C8 is a mixture of monoacylglycerols, containing variable quantities of di- and tri-acylglycerols, obtained by direct esterification of glycerol with caprylic acid. It is used as a bioavailability enhancer, a solubiliser, and an emulsifier in chewing gum and in a range of food and beverage products.
