Graham Turton became Managing Director of Blagden plc’s Chemical Manufacturing and Trading Divisions in 1994. He completed the acquisition and integration of Marlow Chemicals in 1996 and was a past Chairman of Corn Van Loocke NV. In 2000, he led the successful management buy out establishing Blagden Specialty Chemicals Ltd as a standalone business which continued the long association between the Blagden name and the chemicals industry.

Giles joined the Board of Blagden Specialty Chemicals in 2015. He is an Associate advising on rural land matters at Cheffins, a market-leading firm of surveyors, valuers and land and property advisers with an international reputation for farm machinery auctions. A chartered surveyor, Giles is also a RICS registered valuer and a fellow of the Association of Agricultural Valuers, having previously studied at Leicester University and the Royal Agricultural College, Cirencester.
