BlagPol K30 30pct solution (PVP) forms hard, transparent, glossy films and is compatible with most inorganic salts and many resins. It stabilises emulsions, dispersions and suspensions. PVP helps to distribute or to suspend an insoluble solid in a liquid and keeps emulsions from separating into their oil and liquid components. When it dries, it forms a thin coating on the skin, hair or nails and is used in hair care products to help hair hold its style.
