Sodium Saccharin

Sodium Saccharin is an artificial sweetener with effectively no food energy and is described as being some 300 times sweeter than sugar. Its bitter aftertaste, particularly at high concentrations, mean it is commonly used with other artificial sweeteners to mask each other’s off taste.
