Graham Turton, Chief Executive
Graham Turton became Managing Director of Blagden plc’s Chemical Manufacturing and Trading Divisions in 1994. He completed the acquisition and integration of Marlow Chemicals in 1996 and was a past Chairman of Corn Van Loocke NV.  In 2000, he led the successful management buy out which saw the establishment of Blagden Specialty Chemicals Ltd as a standalone business and continued the long association between the Blagden name and the chemicals industry.

Neil Porter, Director of Business Services
Neil Porter oversees all aspects of the supply chain from purchasing to sales and distribution, ensuring the organisation and technology is in place to deliver excellent customer service and efficient operations. His remit includes overseeing our distribution centre in Speke, as well as IT functions and our CRM system. An analytical chemist by training, he brings to Blagden extensive knowledge and experience of Business Services within both large and small organisations.

Philip Poyner, Finance Director
A chartered accountant, Philip Poyner has more than 20 years of experience across a range of businesses and sectors including manufacturing and distribution. He brings to Blagden a solid track record in assisting business growth and profitability through delivering value and the best business solutions. He continues the company’s commitment to prudent financial management, while assisting in the realisation of long-term business goals.

Joe Brown, Commercial Manager
Joe Brown started his career in the printing ink industry after studying at the London College of Printing. He then moved into pigment manufacture, working as Research and Development manager before crossing to technical sales in the coating industry, and from there to one of the world's largest resin manufacturers. He has wide experience in manufacturing and distribution and his technical knowledge and experience proves invaluable to Blagden and our customers.

Giles Turton BA, MSc, MRICS, FAAV, Board Director
Giles joined the Board of Blagden Specialty Chemicals in 2015. He is an Associate advising on rural land matters at Cheffins, a market-leading firm of surveyors, valuers, and land and property advisers with an international reputation for farm machinery auctions. A chartered surveyor, Giles is also a RICS registered valuer and a fellow of the Association of Agricultural Valuers, having previously studied at Leicester University and the Royal Agricultural College, Cirencester.
