VOC-free silicone-containing defoamer for aqueous architectural and industrial coatings, adhesives and cleaning agents. Preferably used in dispersion systems within a PVC range of 30-50. Cost-effective alternative to mineral oil defoamers. BYK-1723 is a very versatile defoamer for aqueous systems. The additive is especially recommended for use in the production and application of emulsion paints and plasters within a PVC range of 30-50. BYK-1723 is VOC-free and can replace mineral oil defoamers.
