Aquacer 597

Aquacer 597 is a cationic wax emulsion based on a modified polypropylene wax. It is recommended for formulating aqueous mould release agents which are used in aluminium die casting. The product brings about a good wetting of the mould at high temperatures, very good film forming and outstanding adhesion to the mould surface. The mould is protected from damage and the finished moulded components have an excellent surface quality.
